LIMICS (Laboratoire d'Informatique Médicale et d'Ingénierie des Connaissances en e-Santé)
LIMICS is a research unit (UMRS 1142) financed by Inserm (The French National Institute of Health and Medical Research), the « Pierre and Marie Curie » University and the « Paris 13 » University.
The lab includes about 50 members including physicians, pharmacists and computer scientists. It was created on January 1st, 2014 and results from the merge of two teams: ICS (Knowledge Engineering in Health), U729 and U872 - EQ20 Research Centre des Cordeliers from 2002 to 2013 and the LIM&BIO (Lab Medical Informatics and Bioinformatics) at University Paris 13 (EA 3969) from 2002 to 2013. Lab members are located on two main sites, the Cordeliers campus of Paris 6 University (75006) and the Bobigny campus of Paris 13 University (93000).
The VCM language has been mainly developed by:
